Formed in 2012 SJG Projects is a multidisciplinary construction consultancy providing project management, quantity surveying, employer's agent, contract administration, party wall surveying, grant certifying officer, dispute resolution and commercial management services across the residential, retail, commercial, extra care, leisure, and public sectors. Led by experienced construction professionals, we support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, delivering practical advice, commercial certainty, and successful project outcomes.
Our approach combines technical expertise, proactive project leadership, and a clear understanding of our clients' objectives. We act on behalf of private developers, housing associations, local authorities, lenders and investors.
